About Axis Driving Courses

Margarita Noyes is the founder of Axis Driving Courses and brings more than 15 years of experience in driver education, safety instruction, and regulated online learning. She is a Driver Improvement Clinic–Certified Instructor through the National Safety Council and has provided Teen and Adult Driver Education under Virginia Department of Education standards. Her work focuses on developing structured driver education programs that meet court and regulatory requirements while maintaining accessible and reliable online delivery.

Lorena Betancourt serves as Director of Student Services, assisting individuals navigating court-ordered and administrative education requirements. She has experience working in legal and regulated environments, including law firm and university administrative settings. Lorena oversees enrollment support, institutional outreach, and administrative coordination, helping students identify appropriate programs and complete registration with clarity and confidence.

Tobias Noyes serves as Director of Operations for Axis Driving Courses, overseeing the technical infrastructure and operational systems that support secure, court-recognized online instruction. He brings more than a decade of experience in technology and compliant online platform management. He attended the University of Virginia and has worked extensively with regulated online systems, including the licensing and deployment of DMV-approved courses for Virginia driving schools.
